By accessing or using Imbuto Mechanicals ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Imbuto Mechanicals is a mechanical estimating tool that reads uploaded plan sheets and extracts equipment, pipe, duct, and accessory data. All outputs are flagged as READ (schedule-sourced) or EST (estimated) and must be verified by a licensed estimator before use in any bid or contract.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person. Invite codes are required for access during the controlled-release period.

The Service, including its vision engine, algorithms, and interface, is the property of Beltech Corp Holdings. Your uploaded plans remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your drawings or takeoff data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." Imbuto Mechanicals does not guarantee the accuracy of any extracted data. All takeoff outputs are assistive tools — not a substitute for professional estimating judgment. EST-flagged items carry declared uncertainty and must be verified against the source drawings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beltech Corp Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to bid errors, material over/under-ordering, or project losses based on unverified takeoff data.
Uploaded plan sheets are processed for takeoff extraction and are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and handling.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
